Saju ("four pillars" in Korean) is a reading system developed in East Asia roughly two thousand years ago. Your birth year, month, day, and hour each carry a two-character signature; together those eight characters map your temperament, your recurring patterns, and the timing of your life in 10-year cycles. In Korea it's still consulted before marriages, career changes, and big years — not as fortune-telling theater, but as a pattern check.

We treat it the same way: a mirror with a calendar attached, offered for insight and entertainment — not a verdict.

Because it isn't the same product. A free app runs your sign through a template — everyone born in your month gets the identical text. Yours is cast from four coordinates (year, month, day, and your two-hour birth window), written from your eight characters, and checked by a human before it ships. That's where the 24 hours goes: calculation, writing, and a second set of eyes — none of which a free generator has.

We ask for three things — birth date, time, and city — because that's the raw material of your chart, and nothing else. We use them to cast your chart, write your reading, and deliver your PDF. We don't sell your data, we don't build an ad profile, and we don't ask for your last name, address, or phone number. A birth chart doesn't need them, and anyone who asks for those to "read your energy" should worry you more than we do.

Same instinct, different instrument. A Western natal chart reads planetary positions; Saju reads time itself, on the East Asian solar calendar. If you love your natal chart, Saju won't contradict it — it will say things your chart never had the resolution to say, because the hour pillar splits your birthday into twelve different people.

Yes. Three of your four pillars come from the date alone, which is enough for a strong reading. Give us your best window ("morning," "around dinner") and we'll cast the most likely hour and flag which sections depend on it. If you later find your exact time on a birth certificate, reply to your delivery email and we'll recast that part once, free.

Your chart is calculated from your exact birth data, and every section is written from those eight characters — including a past-decades section that exists specifically so you can check us against years you already lived. Two customers with different birth hours get different readings. That's the test we invite you to run.

Vague readings avoid this on purpose; ours leans into it. Judge the past-decades section first. If it reads you, the rest has earned its shot. If it doesn't, that's what the 7-day recast-or-refund is for.

No — and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. A chart describes tendencies and timing: the weather you were born into, not the choices you'll make in it. When we name a favorable month, that's a forecast, not a guarantee. Your reading arrives by email as a PDF within 24 hours of your order (usually faster). Check spam if it hasn't landed; if anything looks off — a typo in your birth data, a missing page — reply to that email and we'll fix it.

No, and that's on purpose. There's no pre-written file waiting with your name pasted in. After you order, we cast your chart, write your reading from it, and a human checks it — then it arrives by email as a PDF, within 24 hours and usually sooner. The wait is the personalization; an instant version would just be a template, which is the thing we don't sell.

Yes, and it's one of the better ones — it gets screenshotted and texted back to you in March with "HOW." At checkout, enter the recipient's birth date, time, and city instead of your own (add "GIFT" and their name). The PDF is delivered by email within 24 hours, so there's time before you need to hand it over. If you don't know their exact birth time, their best-guess window still works.

Tell us. If your reading misses — not "I disagree with one line," but genuinely doesn't land — reply within 7 days and we'll either recast it (birth-time errors are the usual culprit) or refund you. We'd rather lose an order than argue with your gut.
